During a brief visit to Tucson, Arizona I spent half a day at the Tucson Botanical Garden, where I took many shots with an Olympus 30mm macro lens mounted on an OM-D E-M1 Mark II. Those include this. I found the leaves, seeming (to me) to be wanting to wind around their stem, irresistible. Settings: ISO 2500 1/3200s f/4, handheld, outdoors.
I am a nature and wildlife photographer specializing in landscapes such as panoramas, trees in context, and animals in action or interaction! You could call me a "-scape" photographer, doing land-, cloud-, tree, and even snag-scapes, and I love capturing birds on gorgeous trees in gorgeous cloud- and land-scapes. Whether at home in Flagstaff or traveling to other parts of Arizona, southern California, or occasionally further afield (Texas, Missouri, and South Dakota most recently, I am never without my camera.
