Description
An unusual phenomenon: yesterday evening lightning struck the San Francisco Peaks repeatedly and predictably. (Our lightning is typically seen from a different direction, apparently jumping randomly.) For safety and other reasons, I stayed indoors and shot through our high windows on a street aptly named Peak View (in Flagstaff Arizona). A cloud in mostly clear skies speaks to the fact that no rain was falling at least near us.
My Olympus OM-1 was in a long exposure mode called Live Composite. I shot with a 40-150mm lens at 62mm (ISO 200 1/1.6s f/9).
