Sometimes it all comes together, the atmospheric conditions that scatter light, the greening of the land after days of monsoon rains. I used my Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II, 40-150mm lens, with these settings - ISO 500 1/100 f/14. This is a new edit and crop of a photo featured in Panoramas a couple of months ago, almost inverting the sky-forest relationship in terms of importance.
I am a nature and wildlife photographer specializing in landscapes such as panoramas, trees in context, and animals in action or interaction! You could call me a "-scape" photographer, doing land-, cloud-, tree, and even snag-scapes, and I love capturing birds on gorgeous trees in gorgeous cloud- and land-scapes. Whether at home in Flagstaff or traveling to other parts of Arizona, southern California, or occasionally further afield (Texas, Missouri, and South Dakota most recently, I am never without my camera.
