Our Thanksgiving Cactus is quite a prolific bloomer, and we are very glad of it! The level of detail visible in this image is striking. I shot it on 12/24/22 in our home in Flagstaff Arizona with a 40-150mm lens (at 115mm) plus close-up filter about 8" from the subject, using a tripod and my cellphone to allow me to trip the shutter without (much) vibration. The camera was an OM-1, ISO 1000 1s f/13, without flash but in nice indirect sunlight.
